How long does it take to process my order?
In-stock items are usually ready for shipping within 1–2 business days. For handmade items, processing time may be a bit longer depending on the product. The exact information can be found in the product description.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €60.
What is economy shipping?
With economy shipping, you can collect multiple orders for up to 90 days. Your items will be held for you and shipped together later. As soon as your collected orders reach a value of €60, your package will be shipped automatically for free.
Can I receive my collected economy shipping order sooner?
Yes. If you would like to receive your collected items before reaching €60, simply contact me. We will then look for the most suitable shipping option together.
Can I have handmade items custom-made?
Individual requests are possible depending on the product and available time. Please contact me via the contact form before placing your order.
Why can handmade products differ slightly from each other?
Each handmade product is individually crafted by me. Small variations in pattern placement, color, or finish are therefore possible and make each piece unique.
How do I find the right size for clothing?
Feel free to use our size guide and also note the information in the respective product description. Since sizes can vary depending on the manufacturer, the respective product notes will help you with your selection.
How do I care for handmade clothing and accessories?
Care instructions can be found in the respective product description. Please also note the sewn-in care label, if present.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, I will gladly check whether a change or cancellation is still possible.
Can I return items?
Information on withdrawal and returns can be found in our cancellation policy and on the "Returns & Cancellations" page. Please note that special regulations may apply to individually manufactured or personalized products.
